Terms and Conditions
For physical products: Should you encounter a problem with your order, contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it with you.
For Pay and download (currently unavailable, but returning soon): When you order a pay and download product you should receive the link to download it very soon after your payment is processed. If the pattern does not download properly, email sue@aboutfursohiki.com. If we can't reset the link so that you receive it for some reason, will mail the pattern to you, postage paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your payment. (return to registration page)
Security
We never see your financial information. Instead, your credit card information is handled by PayPal. PayPal is very secure. When you go to our check out, you will be asked to choose to pay with PayPal, and when you do so you will get a new page that lets you pay with your credit card. This new page is on the secure PayPal site and will not return you to our site until after the payment process is over. We are never in possession of your information.
